Not just a pretty face
Here’s the next stage in my beaded cab, I’ve added a row of size 11 Toho beads in a gorgeous dark gold shade which matches the glitter perfectly. Then I trimmed the backing material…..
After that I glued a piece of Ultra Suede to the backing material and trimmed it level. The next stage is my favourite bit and that’s adding the outer edge beads. And here’s the finished cab. I won’t be adding a fringe to this one – it’d look too much like a beard!
For the necklace I’ve decided on a spiral rope in the same black and gold, with the addition of some matt/frosted beads to match the texture of the matt poly clay. More photos coming soon!
