Another one of my semi-precious and seed bead chip creations. It was originally meant to be just the rectangle with chips on but I had an idea halfway through of adding a fringe. I think it’s worked out quite well and has given it a very different look! I’ve used Miyuki seed beads called Good Earth - they are gorgeous - I’ve had them for a while just waiting for the right project to come along.

For the fringe I’ve used red Aventurine and green Aventurine and then deeper green Aventurine chips to embellish the peyote stitch. I toyed with the idea of suspending it on a matching seed bead necklace but thought it would be too much so went for a simple Sterling silver chain instead. This will be in my Etsy shop later on. I’m working on a similar pendant now in icy crystal beads and clear Quartz – it must be the very hot weather we’ve had today in South Wales, I really wanted to work in a cold colour!
