I’m officially addicted to making these rings! It’s fun choosing which colour combination to use next and the slim bands look really great when worn. They’ll be for sale on my website just as soon as my ring sizer arrives so I can figure out what size they all are! I can also make them to order so if want a specific colour and/or size just drop me a line : )
These are some of the larger rings I’ve been making this week. They’re made using seed beads in brick stitch around a central crystal and a right-angle weave for the band. Again, they’ll be on the website very soon!
And lastly here’s pair of earrings I made using the same technique as the rings above. I was listening to Lacuna Coil’s “Spellbound” while I was making them, hence the name. I think it suits them. If they take your fancy you can find them here.

Another beaded flower today – and I have to say I’m really enjoying working my way through this book! Like yesterday’s daffodil, this one is made using square stitch. A very simple flower that was really easy to do but I think using a colour mix makes it more interesting. These blues are gorgeous.

I had a hard time getting a decent photo of today’s flower, which is a daffodil. It’s definitely one of those things that looks much better in real life! It’s actually two layers of petals with a trumpet and stamens on top and is made using square stitch. I’ve never really been a fan of square stitch but after making this it’s really growing on me (if you’ll excuse the pun!). The only problem is that the thread shows quite a bit with this stitch and unfortunately I don’t have any yellow thread at the moment. Very happy with how the flower turned out though.
